Glossary for Acinic cell carcinoma

  • Cancer: Abnormal overgrowth of body cells.
  • Death: The cessation of life
  • Flank pain: A feeling of distress and agonycaused by the stimulation of pain nerve endings in the flank
  • Metastatic cancer: Any cancer that has spread to other parts of the body.
  • Nausea: The queasy feeling of nausea and often also vomiting.
  • No symptoms: The absence of noticable symptoms.
  • Soft tissue tumors: Any tumor of the soft tissues (e.g. muscles, cartilage), including cancer and benign tumors.
  • Vomiting: Vomiting or retching symptoms.
