A personality disorder where the person reacts and relates to other in a socially maladaptive way. They appear to have no real emotion and have trouble maintaining any sort of normal relationship. Most often these people are unaware that they have a problem and show no remorse for any wrongful actions. These types of personalities can lead to criminal behaviour.
