The SlimQuick diet plan centers around a variety of dietary supplements that have been developed specifically for women's weight loss. The SlimQuick company states that the their supplements are scientifically developed to overcome the physiological and hormonal barriers women face in losing fat. SlimQuick claims that their supplements contain six herbal and vitamin complexes that are aimed at supporting fat loss through separate mechanisms. These include suppressing appetite, increasing metabolism, reducing body fat storage, and reducing water retention. SlimQuick states that their formula is designed to maximize rapid fat loss when used in conjunction with the SlimQuick diet and exercise program. Dietary guidelines are low-fat and calorie-reduced, but specifics are only available by purchasing one of the SlimQuick supplements, which contain the plans within the packaging. Exercise programs, including two, four-week weight-training programs and cardio programs, are also included. These programs are specifically designed for a woman's body, according to SlimQuick. SlimQuick supplement ingredients include >200mg of methylxanthines (including caffeine) per serving.
