Extra-upper Aerodigestive Tract NK/T cell lymphoma: A form of lymphoma that occurs externally to the lymph nodes but is located in sites other than the upper aerodigestive tract, nasopharynx and nasal cavity. This particular type of lymphoma is rare but tends to be aggressive.

The presence of B symptoms (weight loss, fever, night sweats) indicates systemic involvement and a poorer prognosis. Patients with tumors not located in the upper aerodigestive tract, nasopharynx and nasal cavity tend to have a poorer prognosis than patients with tumors in the nasal and aerodigestive tract regions. This group of patients should be treated more aggressively.
