Glossary for Fibromatosis multiple non ossifying

  • Bone conditions: Conditions that affect the bones
  • Delayed puberty: A lack of sexual maturation in an adolescent at an age significantly higher than the average age that child of that epidemiology attains puberty.
  • Fibromatosis: A benign soft tissue tumor. The tumors can vary greatly in size and can cause pain.
  • Fractures: Fracture of a bone; also "broken bone".
  • Heart conditions: Any condition that affects the heart
  • Heart symptoms: Symptoms affecting the heart
  • Hypogonadism: Medical term for a defect of the reproductive system that results in lack of function of the gonads (ovaries or testes).
  • Knock-knees: Knees that touch
  • Musculoskeletal conditions: Medical conditions affecting the musculoskeletal system of bones, muscles and related structures.
  • Neurological symptoms: Any symptoms that are caused by neurological conditions
  • Pathological fracture: The occurrence of a fracture a bone of the body caused by a disease state
  • Sexual Conditions: Any condition that affects sexual function
  • Undescended testes: A condition which is characterized by the failure of the testes to descend into the scrotum
