A genetic condition characterized by irregularities in skin pigmentation (café-au-lait spots), bone disease and endocrine (hormone-producing system) problems. The bone diseases can cause bone weakness and deformities in the legs arms and skull. The endocrine disease can cause early puberty and increased rate of growth.
