Enoxaparin clotting time system: An enoxaparin clotting time system is a reagent test card used to determine the blood clotting time for patients taking the low molecular weight heparin enoxaparin for anticoagulation therapy. The test is based on inhibition of clotting factor Xa by enoxaparin- antithrombin complexes in the blood sample.
