Trigger point massager: A trigger point massager is a curved bar with several extended knobs used to massage and stimulate hard to reach muscles and in between muscles of the back, neck, and shoulders for relief of minor muscle aches, pains and spasms. The massager is hooked around the torso or over the shoulder and pulled on the other side in the opposite direction to generate leverage and apply pressure to the intended area. A trigger point massager can also be used to treat sore muscles in the hands, arms, legs, and feet.
