Baraitser-Burn syndrome: A syndrome of orofacial, digital, and tibial abnormalities, consisting of unusual facies, hyperplastic frenula, lingual hamartomata, lobulated tongue, broad nasal root polydactyly, severe talipes, and mesomelic limb shortening associated with tibial dysplasia.
