A hospital is facing a wrongful death suit after a man died due to the alleged misreading of his diagnostic tests. A 38 year old man presented to the hospital with chest pains. Doctors did some diagnostic tests, concluded he was fine and sent him home. He then suffered more pains following which he returned to the emergency room where he collapsed and later died. His wife claims that the doctors misread his original test results and he should never have been sent home. The woman is claiming $10 million.
