A fast food diet is a fast road to poor health

A man who tried to stick to a junk food diet last only a couple of weeks before doctors told him it was too dangerous for his health. After eating only from McDonalds, the man found that he suffered from weight increase, vitamin and mineral deficiency, headaches, depression and fatigue. A study claims that 15,000 South Koreans eat fast food three times a day.
