Baby circumcision mix up

A surgical error lead to the wrong baby being circumcised after he was mistaken for the child whose parents consented to the procedure. The parents were considering a circumcision, but their choice was taken by the mix-up. The surgeons apologized once the error was detected and the hospital is conducting investigations into the mistake.
