Benefits of exercise realized more with protein diet

A study recently conducted on women exercising and eating a diet high in protein were found to lose more weight than a group of women eating a more carbohydrate loaded diet. Plus the high protein diet reduced blood lipid levels and aided the development of muscle tone.
