Cancer mistake acknowledged

A pathologist has admitted to incorrectly diagnosing some people with or without cancer after being charged with 6 cases of medical negligence. In one case he neglected to detect cancer cells in a woman's urine sample who was later found to have bladder cancer by another pathologist.
