Children’s snoring may need medical attention

Children’s snoring may be caused by allergies or by sleep apnea. Sleep apnea involves breathing cessation for 15 seconds or more resulting in a poor quality sleep and hence tiredness. Sleep apnea may be caused by enlarged tonsils or adenoids which may require medical attention.
