Couple unknowingly adopt HIV child

A couple adopted a girl who was later diagnosed with HIV. They intend on keeping the girl but are suing for unspecified damages in order to cover their medical costs. They made the welfare office aware of some health problems the girl had prior to the adoption but were informed that she was healthy.
