Daughters mimic motherís dietary habits

Studies show that mothers can greatly influence their daughterís dietary habits later in life. Young girls very quickly pick up on subtle dietary habits and often copy them. Obese mothers are more likely to have obese daughters than sons as girls mimic their mothers more closely. It is recommended that mothers exhibit a healthy attitude to food which will be passed on to their daughters.
