Daytime sleepiness in elderly may be early symptom of heart problems

A Pennsylvanian University study claims that excessive daytime sleepiness in adults over 65 may be an early warning sign of heart problems such as heart attacks, congestive heart failure and coronary artery disease. In women, daytime sleepiness was linked to a doubled risk of heart problems whereas for men it was only a 35% increase in risk.
