Dead woman’s relatives lose medical malpractice case over her death

A 65 year old woman was admitted to hospital suffering chest and abdominal pain. The woman died after 72 hours in hospital from an aortic dissection. The woman’s relatives sued the hospital for medical malpractice but lost the case as doctors claim that her symptoms were atypical for an aortic dissection.
