Death of woman after cosmetic surgery

A 42 year old woman who died from a heart attack after undergoing cosmetic surgery on her face has been represented in court by her family who sought retribution for her untimely death. She died one day after a face-lift and nose job according to doctors due to an undiagnosed arrhythmia, which was disputed by the court. The plastic surgeon has recently become well renown for several cases of medical malpractice; he cannot conduct nose procedures without the supervision of another surgeon.
