Doctor jailed for order for a fatal injection

A doctor instructed a junior doctor to inject anti-cancer medication into an 18 year old boys spine instead of his vein. The boy was recovering from leukaemia. He died a month later from paralysis and heart failure. The doctor was jailed for 8 months for manslaughter.
