Doctors want HIV patients to have right to receive organ transplants

People with HIV are living longer. Currently organ donor from HIV people to HIV patients requiring organs is illegal. People are dying because they can't receive a donor rather than from the HIV. Doctors in an Illinois hospital are trying to make it legal. Those against this motion are concerned about non-HIV patients accidentally receiving HIV organs.
