Dr Phil diet causing lawsuit

Dr Phil is being sued for his book and show promoted diet plan entitled "shape up!", which incorporated exercise, and herbal and vitamin supplements, which have been reported to cost followers up to $120/month. Complainants have filed the lawsuit dissatisfied with the amount of weight they lost compared to expenses incurred. The court case will not be heard until next year.
