Fruit and vegetables do not reduce cancer risk

A study by the Journal of the National Cancer Institute claims that consuming fruit and vegetables does not affect the risk of cancer but can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. It is recommended that people consume at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables daily.
