Fruit and vegetables reduce risk of breast cancer in post-menopausal women

Epidemiologists from the University of North Carolina have conducted a study that supports the view that eating at least 5 serves of fruit and vegetables daily does decrease the risk of breast cancer in post-menopausal women. Researchers say the risk is reduced by up to 36%.
