Girl dies of meningitis after being sent home by doctors with flu

An emergency room doctor diagnosed a girl as having the flu. She was sent home. The next day she was rushed back to hospital and died 2 days later. The girl was suffering from meningitis. The hospital claims she was not exhibiting the classic symptoms of meningitis- fever, neck pain, seizures, sleepiness or a rash.
