Women are increasingly being underdiagnosed for heart disease. Heart disease is a bigger killer of women than all cancers put together. Often women display no symptoms of heart disease and many of those who die could have survived if they had received medication or angioplasty earlier. Women generally have poorer outcomes than men even if treated.
