High cholesterol and blood pressure may be linked to dementia

Scottish researchers believe they are coming close to the cause of dementia. They believe dementia is linked to high blood pressure and high cholesterol. More research needs to be done but they believe people should make the effort to keep the blood pressure and cholesterol in check in order to prevent mental decline as they age.
