Hospital settles out of court over negligence claims during birth

A man received an undisclosed out of court settlement after claims that he was delivered 2 months prematurely because they couldn’t find a heart beat. His cries in the sluice room alerted staff that he was actually alive. The man claims that negligence during and after his birth resulted in sight, speech, neurological and social problems.
