Increasing numbers of British men are turning to diets to curb their weight problems

Increasing incidence of weight problems are driving more and more British men to turn to dieting. 60% of British women and 66% of men are overweight or obese and nearly a quarter of the men are dieting. Despite increasing weight problems, more men and women are trying to exercise and eat better.
