Low-glycemic-load diet offers more benefits than traditional low-fat diet

A study compared the effects of a low-fad diet to a low-glycemic-load diet. The subjects from both groups lost the same amount of weight but those on the low-glycemic-load diet suffered less from hunger and a slowed metabolism.
