Man dies of cancer 9 months after last visit to doctor

A man died of bowel cancer 9 months after he last saw his doctor. The Medical Practitioner's Tribunal found that the doctor repeatedly misdiagnosed the man. The doctor claims he asked the man to have a colonoscopy and the man refused.
