Man dies of undiagnosed Type 1 diabetes

A 43 year old man died of undiagnosed Type 1 diabetes. A doctor had seen the man twice in the weeks leading up to his death. The doctor was cleared of wrongdoing as there was no evidence that the man had complained of symptoms related to diabetes.
