Man Fights to Ensure a Disciplinary Hearing Occurs After his Wifeís Death

A 50 year old woman died from bowel cancer after a doctor originally diagnosed her with irritable bowel syndrome. Her husband had already received 300,000 pounds in damages against the hospital. He is now also trying to have the doctor undergo disciplinary proceedings.
