Man sues after being diagnosed with another patients terminal condition

A couple are in the process of suing a surgeon and a radiologist over an alleged misdiagnosis of a terminal brain cancer. The surgeon operated on the man but there was no brain cancer. The radiologist and surgeon were in fact looking at the scans of another patient who subsequently died of the brain cancer. Itís alleged that negligence led to the wrong man being operated on for a terminal brain cancer.
