Man suffers intense gall bladder pain for 4 years before it ruptures.

A man suffered from abdominal pain for 4 years. He was admitted to hospital 10 times and medics failed to diagnose him. His GP told him to consider panic attacks. Blood tests, x-rays and probes revealed nothing. He was finally diagnosed and treated when his gall bladder ruptured after a plane landing.
