Man wrongly diagnosed with HIV by false test result

A young man went to hospital as he was having problems with his skin. Hospital blood tests indicated HIV. The young man was shocked - his fiancee called the marriage off, his mother had a heart attack and he was socially ostracized. Two weeks later he sought a second opinion and he was proven negative. He is now trying to sue the original doctor for the misdiagnosis but the doctor says the first result is always inconclusive and two more tests need to be done for confirmation.
