Moderate asthmatics do not benefit from an aggressive initial treatment approach

Hospital researchers conducted an asthma investigation involving 35 patients. They found that subjects with mild to moderate asthma did not gain any extra benefits by starting their treatment with an aggressive approach and then reducing the dosage. A static low dose produced that same level of inflammation control as starting with a high dose and then going to a lower dose.
