More Vioxx lawsuits

Two women whose use of Vioxx lead to cardiovascular related complications have filed lawsuits for medical negligence on Merck’s failing to adequately warn consumers of possible side effects of the anti-inflammatory. One suffered a heart attack when she was 57 and the other had a stroke at 33 years of age.
