Natural cholesterol lowering drug has now side effects

Cholox has recently been promoted as a cholesterol lowering alternative to statin drugs which have been found to have sometimes serious side effects. Cholox has had its active ingredient approved by the FDA and claims to successfully reduced total and LDL cholesterol by 10-30% when combined with a good diet and appropriate lifestyle changes. Statins reduce cholesterol by interfering with liver function whereas Cholox works by stopping the body's absorption and reabsorption of cholesterol and bile salts. Cholox is claimed to be a natural product which can be taken indefinitely due to its lack of harmful side effects.
