New diet works by counting mouthfuls

A pilates expert claims she has a new method of attacking obesity - simply eat only 85 bites a day of whatever food you want. She says that this retrains the body. She also says that drinks other than water should be had at dinner time as this raises the blood sugar level. She believes water only stimulates digestion making you feel hungrier.
