New dual therapy for cancer treatment

Angiostatin is a chemical that is produced by the body to halt the development of new blood vessels and its use in conjunction with radiation therapy has been shown to appreciatively enhance anti-cancer treatment. They effectively reduce the growth of the cancer with radiation killing tumor cells and angiostatin inhibiting the growth of blood vessels. This new therapy will provide focused management of cancers that affect the prostate, head and neck, and brain.
