No damages awarded in wrongful death suit

No damages were awarded against a hospital and doctor when a 51 year old man died of heart failure after undergoing an exercise stress test at the hospital. The family who sued claim that the doctor and hospital were negligent in not providing prompt attention to the patient when his condition started to deteriorate.
