Relationship established between diabetes and cancer

The University of Montreal has done research on the links between diabetes and cancer and found that males with diabetes are three times as likely to have liver cancer and twice as likely to have pancreatic cancer. However, the researchers will not conclusively confirm that diabetes causes these cancers. Other experts suggest that in some cases, maybe the cancer caused the diabetes.
