Researchers study the ideal health diet

A study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association claims that diets high in grains, fruits, vegetables, legumes, walnuts and olive oil are beneficial in preventing heart problems and diabetes. These foods reduce metabolic syndrome which can be a trigger for cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes.
