Special milk alleviates insomnia

A new milk product has been produced which contains high levels of melatonin, a natural sleep hormone. This milk is supposed to be twice as effective as normal milk in banishing insomnia. 12 million sleeping prescriptions are handed out in the UK each year with 2/3 of the population admitting to sleeping problems.
