The foods we eat are causing our health problems

A large UK survey found that only 6% of people were in good health and 44% were in poor health which was related mostly to their food consumption. A company called MyNutrition believes that most of the symptoms of people in poor health are due to the consumption of sugar based foods, red meat, dairy, wheat, salt and caffeinated drinks. The symptoms they associate with these foods include: lack of energy, overweight, constipation, stress, PMS, bloating, frequent colds, headaches and depression
