Vioxx makers face another lawsuit

A 52 year old man alleges that he had two heart attacks because after he used Vioxx for two years to treat his arthritis pain. He is suing the manufacturers. No amount of damages have been specified as yet. So far there are about 300 such lawsuits in the US against Merck.
