Medial Condyle of the Femur: The medial condyle of the femur is an anatomical feature of the femur, often called the thigh bone. The medial condyle of the femur is located in the lower end of the femur on the medial or inner side of the femur. It is a process, or protrusion, from the shaft of the bone. It articulates with the medial condyle of the tibia, creating part of the knee joint.

Conditions that can afflict the medial condyle of the femur include fracture, osteomyelitis, trauma, and osteoporosis.
