- Enterovirus-related Cold: Enterovirus-related cold is a relatively minor contagious infection of the nose and throat caused by the Enterovirus. Although colds can cause discomfort they are not considered a serious condition.
- Ewing's sarcoma: Ewing's sarcoma is a malignant round-cell tumor. It is a rare disease in which cancer cells are found in the bone or in soft tissue. The most common areas in which it occurs are the pelvis, the femur, the humerus, and the ribs.
- Familial Wilms tumor 2: A familial form malignant kidney tumor that occurs in children. Type 2 differs from other forms of Wilms tumor by the origin of the genetic defect (chromosome 19q13.4).
- Fever: Raised body temperature usually with other symptoms.
- Fitz syndrome: Symptoms caused by an acute pancreatic inflammation.
- Gianotti-Crosti Syndrome: A skin condition characterized by the development of red skin bumps on the face, extremities and buttocks. The condition is self-limiting and usually resolves in about 3 weeks. The underlying cause is a viral infection such as Epstein-Barr virus, Coxsackie virus, parainfluenza virus, vaccine-related virus, cytomegalovirus and hepatitis B virus.
- Grahmann's syndrome: Abnormal development of the part of the brain called the diencephalon which in turn affects the pituitary gland. The main manifestations are impaired sexual development, obesity and periodic psychotic episodes.

- Reiter’s syndrome: A form of reactive arthritis characterized by arthritis, urethritis, conjunctivitis and skin lesions.
- Respiratory syncytial virus-related Cold: A Respiratory syncytial virus-related cold is a relatively minor contagious infection of the nose and throat caused by the Respiratory syncytial virus. Although colds can cause discomfort they are not considered a serious condition.
- Rheumatoid arthritis: An autoimmune inflammatory condition which primarily affects the joints
- Rhinovirus-related Cold: A Rhinovirus-related cold is a relatively minor contagious infection of the nose and throat caused by the Rhinovirus. Although colds can cause discomfort they are not considered a serious condition. About a third of all common colds in adults are caused by one of the rhinoviruses.
- Ross River virus: Mosquito-borne virus in parts of Australia and other countries
- Rubella: A contagious viral infection caused by the Rubella virus which produces a rash and lymph node swelling. It can have serious implication in pregnant women as the virus can be transmitted through the placenta and cause serious fetal defects or even fetal death.
- Sensations: Changes to sensations or the senses
- Sensory symptoms: Symptoms affecting the sensory systems.
- Serum sickness: Type of allergic reaction to certain medications or serums
- Shingles: Infectious viral infection occuring years after chickenpox infection.

- Wilms tumor and radial bilateral aplasia: A condition that is characterised by bilateral aplasia of the kidneys and wilms tumor
- Wilms tumour and radial bilateral aplasia: A conditions that is characterized by the absence of one of the two forearm bones (radius) as well as the development of a type of kidney tumor called Wilm's tumor.
- Wilms' tumor: A malignant kidney tumor that occurs in children.
